Nose
Alex is growing up so fast, and he is so smart. Today I had him laying on the bed and I was playing with him. He reached up and touched my forehead and then my cheeks, and I asked him where was mommy's nose, he then grabbed my nose. I was so proud of him, so I praised him for being so smart. He gave me this big smile like, "yes, mommy I am smart, and I am glad that you know it".

Cousins
July 4
Alex Robert Kerr
Alex was born on the eighteenth of May, 2008. He weighed five pounds, five ounces, and was nineteen and a half inches long (at least that is what the hospital measured him at), but a few days later he was eighteen and a half inches long, so we don't really know how long he was when he was born. Everything went well when he was born.
When I went into labor, I didn't really know it, because I had been having contraction off and on for the past few days. So< I woke up at 2:00 am and was having contractions, so I decided to take a shower, hoping it would help. After the shower I laid back down to go back to sleep, but then the contractions got worst, so I woke Derek up at 4:30 am, and he was helping through it all. We called mom at about 6:30 am and before I had a chance to tell her anything she said, "I'll be right over, I have been up all night feeling your contractions." We went into the hospital at 9:30 am, He was born at 2:48 pm.
